· Led the management team to complete several mergers and acquisitions. From 2003 to 2020, KGI Life Insurance (formerly China Life Insurance) grew its asset scale by more than 18 times and jumped to the top five in the life insurance industry. By virtue of her outstanding professionalism and management achievements, she became the first female President and Chairperson among privately-owned life insurance companies.
· With prudent risk management and precise investment strategies, she led the Company to profitable growth. In the 2008 financial crisis, the Company successfully avoided the subprime mortgage storm and was the only large insurance company in Taiwan that did not invest in any subprime mortgages or toxic assets.
· In 2010, the Company was selected by Forbes as one of the top 50 best companies in Asia and was the only financial institution in Taiwan to make the list that year, and also the only life insurance company among the selected companies.
