KGIL Named Excellence Winner Among Taiwan's Happy Enterprises

    KGI Life Insurance has been named an Excellence Award winner at the second Taiwan Happy Enterprise Evaluation, a nod to the people-first culture behind its employer brand. With hiring wars in finance heating up and Generation Z, a cohort that prizes meaning and balance, now the backbone of the workforce, the insurer channels its four strategic pillars- digitalization, innovation, sustainability, and finance into a workplace that looks after the physical, mental, and financial well-being of its employees.

    KGI Life became the first life insurer to sweep three top honors at the ACT Taiwan Agile Awards: Agile Organization, Agile Team, and Change Facilitator of the Year. When Typhoon Ragasa tore through Taiwan in 2025, the Company worked with the competent authority to roll out, within 48 hours, the industry's first group insurance for volunteers assisting in Hualien, a response that earned a Special Contribution Award from the Financial Supervisory Commission and a certificate of appreciation from the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
