2024 Insurance Excellence Awards ceremony presented by the Excellence magazine took place on October 14. KGIL received four honors: Excellent Talent Cultivation, Excellent Service Quality, Excellent Customer Satisfaction, and Excellent Brand Image, a big winner of this year’s awards.
Winston Yung, KGIL’s senior executive vice president attended the ceremony on behalf of the Company. According to Mr. Yung, these honors are a recognition for the Company’s effort long put in the cultivation of brand image, customer service representatives, and talents. In the future, we will continue to work harder and dedicate ourselves to be the guardian of the customers’ happiness.
