KGIL won Insurance Dragon and Phoenix Awards held by the RMIM for the fourth time. According to a 2025 survey on employment preferences of national finance graduates, KGIL was the most sought after life insurer and received “Excellence” rating for both its employees and insurance agents. These awards demonstrate that KGIL’s business performance and talent cultivation have won the recognition and trust from young people.
KGIL is committed to talent development and the 13th month agent retention was nearly 90% in 2024. The Company was awarded “Excellent Talent Cultivation” from Insurance Excellence Awards for two years straight.
