China Life Identifies Potential Risks Through AI Technology, Protecting the Rights of Policyholders

With customer-centric approach as its core value, China Life works in alignment with CDF’s ABCDE strategy, and adopts the Accelerate Digital and Customer-centric approach in optimizing customer experience through digital tools. To enhance the protection of customer rights, China Life spent 9 months developing a “Business Quality Smart Analysis System.” After the input of comprehensive data on policy life cycle, the system conducts big data analysis to identify the potential risks affecting policyholders’ rights, and uses dynamic visualization to display warnings, thereby promptly tending to policyholders’ needs and assisting with any adjustments. It is a clear indication to how China Life values compliance, integrity business management, as well as its social responsibilities.
