China Life has achieved great results in the transformation of its business distribution channel. For 2022, the number of China Life’s registered agents increased by 1,214, the largest growth among life insurers. Despite unfavorable external conditions during the pandemic, China Life’s no. of sales agents has increased for four years in a row, becoming the 4th largest life insurance sales force in Taiwan. In addition to talent recruitment, China Life also took proactive action in nurturing and retaining talent. For 2022, China Life’s sales agents’ retention rate reached 86.6%, the highest among the top 5 life insurers. For every 100 sales agents, 86 have chosen to continue working with China Life. Such high retention rate indicated that China Life has successfully become the employer of choice, reflected in several aspects, such as training, marketing, organization expansion, and sales force advancement, so as to gradually move toward “the most recommended and trustworthy life insurance company.”
