KGIL’s “Go Family Day” had various activities, including hiking, environmental education, outdoor concert, food festival, and DIY workshops. Alan Wang, the chairman and Yu-Ling Kuo, the president both attended the event with over 1,300 employees from the Taipei headquarters. Stickers were handed out at the nearest MRT station. Activities were held to encourage employees to be close to the nature and to enhance their emotional wellbeing. The end goal of holding a family day is to unite employees.

To promote environmental sustainability, KGIL has prepared water dispensers and encouraged employees to bring their own water bottles to reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles. Reducing plastic waste avoids causing additional burden to the environment and helps reduce plastic waste and carbon emissions at source. Furthermore, the Company arranged mission games in which the concepts of environmental sustainability and local ecosystem were incorporated, instilling the idea of environmental friendliness into the employees.
