KGI Life Achieves Robust Growth and Innovation Excellence in 2025

KGI Life, guided by its core spirit of "We Share We Link," achieved significant milestones in financial inclusion and sustainable development in 2025. The Company was awarded an "A (Strong)" Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating and an "AA+(twn)" National IFS rating by Fitch Ratings. Under the leadership of President Kuo, Yu-Ling and her management team, KGI Life has successfully transformed these honors into a warm and reliable shield for its policyholders, supporting them through all stages of life.

Sustainability is deeply embedded in KGI Life's corporate DNA. At the 2025 Asia Sustainability Reporting Awards (ASRA), the Company stood out by winning the "Best Corporate Governance Gold Award." It also received the "Insurance Inclusion of the Year" at the Insurance Asia Awards, becoming the only Taiwanese insurer to achieve such recognition. Internally, more than 50 percent of its employees passed the Basic Test on Sustainable Development, ensuring that ESG principles are integrated into daily operations.

The Company demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility through the "Hualien Guangfu Township Volunteer Group Insurance," donating all premiums to the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) to support disaster reconstruction. This initiative earned a "Special Contribution Award" from the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC). FSC Chairperson Peng, Jin-Lung praised KGI Life for its efficient execution and its role in building social trust through tangible action.

To enhance financial inclusion and the principle of Treating Customers Fairly, the Taipei Customer Service Center received a five-star accessibility certification. KGI Life also pioneered an “Audio Recording and Playback Assistance System for the Elderly” to reduce human error and protect their rights through digital innovation. President Kuo, Yu-Ling emphasized that KGI Life will continue to build on solid corporate governance and digital innovation to create long-term sustainable value for society.
