Uphold the Spirit of Treating Customers Fairly: China Life Develops Innovative “Partnership Charity”

China Life adheres to its value proposition of “customer centricity” and implements the corporate culture of “fairness, empathy and treating customers as oneself” in every detail of products and services. The Company is devoted to fulfill its long-term commitment to the consumers and thinks outside of the box. Taking the principles of treating customers fairly and financial friendliness as a starting point, the Company combines ESG’s  “social engagement” with its corporate spirit, “We Share We Link” to develop innovative "partnership charity" model. This approach connects local NPOs, internal employees and customers across different ethnic groups and generations, jointly expanding the inclusive value of the life insurance industry and creating a mutually beneficial society. One of the best examples of "partnership charity" model is an initiative launched by China Life at the end of 2022, “One Policy, One Blessing” to help the mentally- and physically-challenged individuals of the Maria Social Welfare Foundation.
