KGI Life Earned the Happy Enterprise Gold Award for 3 times

KGI Life emphasized that long-term growth is rooted in tangible support for employees at key life moments. To ease early parenting costs, the company provides a NT$20,000 newborn subsidy per child for an employee or their spouse, alongside breastfeeding rooms and corporate childcare benefits to help employees balance careers and parenting.

In addition, KGI Life has introduced health check leave and birthday leave to encourage rest and preventive health management. A volunteer leave program further supports employee participation in community service, reinforcing a positive cycle of social impact.

On financial well-being, KGI Life operates an employee shareholding trust open to all job levels, with proportional company matching contributions to support long-term savings and retirement planning.

The company added that its “2025 KGI Life Family Day” drew nearly 2,500 employees and family members, integrating ESG, anti-fraud awareness, and ecology themes through guided activities and games.
