KGIL Won Most Well-known Award in Insurance Quality Awards

As a result, the Company has won “Excellence” for its most well-known brand recognition in 2025 Insurance Quality Award held by the RMIM Inc. for two years straight.

To demonstrate a younger and more energetic brand personality, in 2024, KGIL launched the LINE stickers of KGI Ah Fu, the brand mascot. These stickers can be used in various scenarios and come in handy in daily communication for express emotions and feelings. Ah Fu stickers have accumulated more than 1.52 million downloads. To strengthen anti-fraud measures for the elderly and the financially disadvantaged, the Company has put together an elderly friendly insurance service guideline, introduced SMS message service, and joined Whoscall-certified businesses to prevent phone fraud. Furthermore, KGIL has pioneered anti-fraud training courses catered for the mentally- and physically-challenged, the indigenous people, new residents, and other diverse groups, disseminating correct knowledge to more corners of society. Agents are the key to customer service. KGIL has allocated abundant resources and tools to train and digitally empower agents, allowing them to shine on a bigger stage. Therefore, the number of agents promoting to mangers and the retention rate have both ranked the top among the big six insurers.
