In 2024, agents’ 13th month retention rate was 89.32%, ranking top among the big insurers. Furthermore, the number of KGIL’s registered agents was the fourth highest in the sector, the result of the excellent channel transformation.
To build a highly efficient agent fleet, KGIL launched a 24-month “Excellence Project” in which online-offline learning models and fast promotion mechanism were incorporated. In 2024, the total business income grew by 28% YoY and the number of people who were promoted to manager level increased by 6%. Moreover, the Company developed a board game called “Happiness Planning Agency” to help customers understand the concepts of risk management and insurance. One month after it was launched, the board game attracted nearly a thousand people to play and received many positive feedbacks.
