Investigations by service staff revealed that traditional verbal explanations are often hindered by inconsistent speech rate, accents, or interruptions, making it difficult for elderly customers to fully understand policy coverage. The new system allows users to adjust playback speed and repeat content as needed, supplementing explanations provided by agents and sales. This ensures a better understanding of policies, effectively enhancing service quality and satisfaction.
