Yao-Min Chou has many years of experience in securities, insurance, and other financial market legal affairs and corporate governance matters. During her time with KGI Securities, she was responsible for the introduction of a personal data protection management system and BSI certification. She also played a role in the mergers of KGI Securities, Taiwan Securities, and Grand Cathay Securities as well as the share swap transaction between CDF and China Life.
