Buying Power - First Prize Winner, China Life Exercises the Power of Love!

Showing support to social enterprises, China Life procured local products of choice based on its multi-charity intiative, and won the First Prize of the “2022 Buying Power Innovation Products and Services Procurement  Incentives Award”(the Buying Power Award) honored by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA). At the award ceremony held on Dec. 13, Chief EVP Tony Hsu of China Life accepted the award on behalf of the Company. This award represents a national recognition set up by the MOEA of the Executive Yuan to encourage companies to procure social innovation products or services. Since the commencement of the Buying Power Award, China Life has been recognized with this award six years in a row. Honored with the First Price this year, China Life procurement exceeded NT$ 14 million, exercising its influence on supply chains. China Life’s action has also pushed forward suppliers to register in the social innovation organization database. In the future, China Life will continue to encourage suppliers of different industries to register as candidates for Buying Power procurement, providing various social innovation products and services.
