In response to the government's anti-fraud initiatives, KGI Life has joined forces with its fellow subsidiaries under KGI Financial Holding and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of the Interior's Criminal Investigation Bureau. This collaboration aims to promote the "Financial-Police Joint Anti-Fraud Initiative," a public-private partnership to enhance fraud prevention efforts.
KGI Life recognizes that combating fraud is a corporate responsibility and has built a company-wide anti-fraud culture through active leadership and employee participation. The company has long been committed to anti-fraud education and frontline care. Its customer service centers across Taiwan have successfully intercepted multiple attempted fraud cases, protecting the financial security of its policyholders.
As the first insurance company to incorporate an “Elderly-Friendly Customer Service Guide” into its fraud prevention framework, KGI Life has proactively trained anti-fraud seed representatives, established standardized procedures for service counters, and implemented internal incentive programs to enhance awareness and response capabilities. The company even successfully prevented an elderly policyholder from transferring over NT$1 million, an achievement recognized by the National Police Agency.
Moving forward, KGI Life will continue to deepen the roots of its anti-fraud culture, strengthen its cooperation with the Criminal Investigation Bureau, and play a vital role in Taiwan’s national anti-fraud network. Embracing the spirit of “We-Share-We-Link,” the company is committed to being a trusted guardian of its customers’ assets.
