On Christmas day, KGI Life invited its long-term social welfare partner, Taipei Parents’ Association for the Visually Impaired (PAVI) to organize the “Light of Happiness Charity Concert” and the blind-friendly experience activity.
KGI Life President Stephanie Hwang said “Committed to Your Prosperity” will be the Company’s new value proposition, as KGI Life aims to be side by side with customers to pursue their prosperity. On the other hand, the prosperity of the employees is also what the Company cares the most. KGI Life underscores the importance of employees’ wellbeing and encourages them to pursue work-life balance. The Company not only establishes the employee’s café, provides customized exercise courses and the counseling service, but also organizes the concert in the celebration of the year-end festival to thank employees for their hard work and dedication over the year. President Hwang also said that KGI Life takes concrete action to support the blind, as the Company hopes to let its employees gain more understanding of the underprivileged groups through the exchanges and interaction. This way, the employees will better implement practices of TCF and financial friendliness in their routine service for customers. Spending the holiday with colleagues, KGI Life employees find joy and peace in the music performance made by the visually-impaired musicians.
