China Life Receives CSEA “Best Customer Experience Enterprise” Recognition

2023 marks the 7th CSEA awards. The Taiwan Contact Center Development Association (TCDDA) has formulated a judge panel consisting of senior professionals, as well as government and impartial institution representatives. With over 100 participating units, the panel selects enterprises and individuals with excellent customer service performance based on four main aspects of assessment: service experience, marketing experience, technology application and training management. This year, China Life offers premium interactive services, providing distinguished customer service experience, worthy of being acknowledged as an industry benchmark.
