KGI Life has received the Silver Award at the first TOPS Taipei Good Procurement Contribution Awards, which recognized the company’s long-term support for local businesses in Taipei and the company's outstanding integration of ESG principles into supply chain management. Through the Taipei Good Procurement Platform, KGI Life prioritized the purchase of locally sourced products and services, benefiting businesses, society, and the environment while actively promoting sustainable procurement practices.
The company has demonstrated its support for local suppliers through purchasing power—using eco-friendly ink and PEFC-certified paper, promoting e-policies, and adopting paperless operations to reduce resource consumption. To amplify its social impact, KGI Life also encouraged suppliers to register with the Social Innovation Organization Database. In 2024, the company’s procurement of social innovation products and services exceeded NT$71 million.
KGI Life has been recognized for its sustainable purchasing efforts by receiving the Buying Power Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs for eight consecutive years. It has also been honored four times by the Ministry of Environment for its achievements in promoting green procurement and consumption, and recognized by the Taipei City Government as an outstanding private enterprise in green procurement for nine consecutive years.
