China Life Received its 5th TCF Awards

Upholding the spirit of treating customers fairly and empathetically as we would ourselves, China Life continues to implement protection measures for financial customers in response to government policies for inclusive finance. We will continue to strengthen our elderly- and disadvantaged-friendly measures to optimize customer experience. This year, China Life was recognized as one of top 25% performers by the competent authority in Treating Customers Fairly Evaluation, a new record. The Company is among the few that received such honor five years in a row since this evaluation began. Furthermore, China Life also won Microinsurance Business recognition for ninth consecutive years. Other received awards include Caring for the Mentally and Physically Disabled and Elderly Insurance Awards.

Under the vision of customer-centricity, China Life will continue to implement treating customer fairly principles for demonstrating a positive industry value and strive for common prosperity to connect the young, elderly, different groups and sectors together.
