Taiwan is heading into super-aged era, facing imminent issue of dementia. Upholding the spirit of treating customers fairly and empathetically as we would ourselves, China Life has collaborated with Taiwan Alzheimer’s Disease Association (TADA) since 2019, and became the first “dementia-friendly”insurance company in the industry. During World Alzheimer’s Month, China Life sponsored TADA for its “2023 World Alzheimer’s Month Exhibition” held in Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. The Company’s management team showed up to support the event, extending appreciation to TADA for their guidance in helping China Life establish financial-friendly services. Through exchanges with dementia patients in the event, senior managers of the Company gained better understanding of their needs. The Company looks forward to implementing inclusive finance through experience sharing, continuously safeguarding senior citizens’ financial consumer rights and interests, so as to materialize sustainable values of the life insurance industry.
