KGIL responds to regional revitalization policies put forward by the National Development Council and mobilized financial professionals, for instance, employees and agents, to work with four colleges and universities in priority regions of the program. “Local Talent Cultivation Workshop” was held to inject resources into remote areas. The goal is to deliver opportunity for development for the local youth. Receiving Social Welfare Development Award from the AREA demonstrates KGIL’s dedication to social welfare and local development. Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) is the most representative sustainable awards in Asia. Last year was the first time that KGIL took part in this awards and Local Talent Cultivation Workshop won the Social Welfare Development Award for its performance in regional revitalization.
The core plan of Local Talent Cultivation Workshop centers is the long-term development of the students. The main themes of the courses are risk identification, capital accumulation, and capital utilization, helping participating students build basic financial knowledge. In addition, coaches would share their career so that students can understand different career paths and opportunities for development. KGIL will continue to promote the vision of regional revitalization and deepen the bonds with local community.
