About 120,000 people in Taiwan have hearing loss. It may be a congenital or acquired for some, but for around 70,000 seniors, hearing loss has come along with aging. Hearing loss may not be visually apparent, but it can cause communication barriers in everyday life.

Guided by the personal experiences of Secretary General of the Chinese National Association of the Deaf Hsieh Su-fen, this video aims to teach professionalism and empathy to our staff so that we can provide accessible financial services. We hope this video can spark a conversation, breaking down invisible barriers, and allowing us to communicate freely within an inclusive society.
