KGIL’s performance in sustainability received two awards from the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) held by the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy.
Taking the lead in the financial industry, KGIL worked with the New Immigrant Family Development Association to introduce the “Multilingual Interpretation Service” and produce the “Multi-language Reminder for Policyholder’s Rights and Interests”, as well as customized “Financial Knowledge and Fraud Prevention Course” for the interpreters. The Company has taken a step further to counsel interpreters about taking life insurance agent license exam, expanding their career prospect. The behaviors demonstrated above has won the Company “Social Inclusion Leadership Award”.

In addition, the Company has collaborated with World Gym, a fitness center chain, to leverage digital platform and a new channel outside of the life insurance sector to provide customers with convenient interactive channel and diverse experiences.
