In addition, over 50% of employees have obtained ESG-related certifications, supported by a structured talent strategy and four years of rising employee satisfaction. On the social front, the Company focused on serving five underserved groups—the elderly, students, people with disabilities, indigenous communities, and new immigrants—through accessible platforms, multilingual financial education, and anti-fraud campaigns, reaching over 7,000 participants and generating over 1.4 million digital impressions. Innovation also came into play. For instance, KGI Life developed Taiwan’s first AI-assisted recording service for elderly customers and introduced an AI-powered sales tool for agents.
