Given that these high-risk groups may fall into traps unknowingly because of factors like living remotely, limited mobility, and digital divide, China Life has worked with volunteers, police units, citizen groups, and organizations for vulnerable groups to hold anti-scam campaigns for the elderly. A series of educational events about insurance financial knowledge has been held and has reached people in cities and in remote areas. The purpose is to enhance financial literacy for rural population. China Life aims to become a contributor of financial inclusiveness and a guardian of people’s financial safety.
