China Life actively responds to government policies when it comes to financial inclusion. Upholding the “treating customers as we would ourselves” commitment, China Life protects the rights of consumes by promoting microinsurance and small-sum whole life insurance. From financially friendly to being friendly toward the elderly and the disadvantaged, China Life realizes its social value as an insurance company. Actions took by China Life to promote financial inclusion have been recognized by the the Financial Supervisory Commision (FSC) and were awarded numerous prizes, including “Outstanding” microinsurance performance, “insurance for the elderly” and awards for caring towards “the mentally and physically disabled.” This year marks the eigth consecutive year in which China Life has received awards for its microinsurance services, with Chief Senior Executive Vice President Tony Hsu accepting the awards on the Company’s behalf.
