As the CIO of KGI Life, Lauren leads the investment team to manage asset allocation based on KGIL’s ALM strategy. Under the risk management policy, her team is able to grasp market opportunities to generate profits and maintain a positive spread for years. Over the past three years, the average ROI reached 3.91%, ensuring the rights and interests of shareholders and policyholders are well-protected.
Under Lauren's leadership, her team is dedicated to green finance, reducing carbon emission in investment portfolios, and increasing green investment. The Company has been recognized by the Taiwan Sustainable Investment Awards for three consecutive years. In 2023, the Company received an excellence award for institutional impact in life insurance, as well as gold awards for sustainability-themed investing and shareholder action.

·Continuing to create investment performance with over 25 years of experience in the financial investment field, during which she weathered major financial events such as the financial crisis and the European debt crisis.
·Leader of the Responsible Finance Team of CDFH, responsible for promoting sustainable finance in all subsidiaries of the Group. Tasks include reducing high-carbon industrial investment and carbon emission from investment and financing portfolios, as well as increasing green investment and financing.
